Heather Ross: Weekend Sewing

When I was a kid I used to love to draw step-by-step directions as well as little plans of what to pack for vacation. I was reminded of those drawings when I saw these plans from the Weekend Sewing book by Heather Ross over at The Purl Bee

John Solimine: Spike Press

Check out this interview with John Solimine at LetterCult. I particularly like the part about him as a kid, "He could draw better than most kids, but he also really cared about his penmanship. He was a cursive freak. Every curve had to be perfect." Also be sure to check out John's business, Spike Press.
